Vault structure
Real folders on your disk. ~System, _Trash, Inbox — what each one does.
Your vault is a folder on your disk. Real files. No proprietary format.
System folders
| Folder | What it does |
|---|---|
| /~System/ | Brain file, rule registry, routing configs. Hidden from most workflows. |
| /_Trash/ | Soft-deleted files. You empty manually. |
| /Inbox/ | Unclassified imports + standalone quick-add entries waiting to route. |
Module folders
Installed modules live under /Modules/[module-name]/ (or wherever the module manifest puts them). Each module folder gets an _Engine.md classification file plus an auto-generated about page so you and Claude both know what the folder is for.

- Reposition from "third wave artisan" to "neighborhood daily" — broader appeal, lower friction
- Warmer palette: cream + dark roast + a single accent
- Display face: a chunky humanist serif, not the current geometric sans

Brand voice
Warm, knowledgeable, never precious. We talk about coffee like a baker talks about bread — with care, but no mystique.
