Outlook integration

Separate module. Same idea, Microsoft side.

The Outlook module is the Microsoft side of email — separate module, same idea. Microsoft Graph OAuth, inbox tiles, MCP exposure.

Differences from Gmail

• Auth is via Microsoft Graph (Microsoft 365 or outlook.com personal account)
• Folder model is slightly different (Microsoft uses "folders" everywhere; Gmail uses labels)
• Otherwise feature-parity — search, read, draft, send, archive, AI triage
